Tigh an Innis - Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £100.00 will be required on confirmation of your booking with the balance of account payable 28 days before arrival. Bookings made within 28 days of arrival must be paid for in full at time of booking.

Should you have to cancel your booking every effort will be made to re-let, however if we are not successful you will be liable to pay the outstanding balance. If we manage to re-let at the full rate, a refund of the full amount will be paid, less an administration fee of £50.00.  To safeguard against cancellation we recommend that you take out your own Holiday Insurance.

Your let will commence at 4.00pm on day of arrival and end 10.00am on day of departure, unless otherwise arranged with the owner

All cleaning equipment & materials will be provided and tenants will be responsible for leaving the property as found.  Should the property require extra cleaning an appropriate charge will be invoiced. Breakages or damage to the property must be reported to the owner and reimbursed should this be deemed necessary.

 Dogs must be kept under control at all times, please do not leave your pets alone in the property and do not allow them on the beds or furniture.   Please clear up after your pets – bags will be provided
