Tigh an Innis has been a lovely family home for the past 21 years and now offers a very comfortable self-catering holiday experience. The sun lounge overlooking the enclosed mature garden is a lovely room where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the day. This room faces south west and enjoys sunshine from morning until night and is ideal for long leisurely breakfasts, relaxing lunches, romantic dinners watching the sun go down or just relaxing in the warmth with a good book.

The new modern kitchen is a large dining kitchen offering ample cooking facilities with a ceramic hob, oven/grill and combination microwave, this is a great room to socialise in while preparing meals or dining. The comfortable accommodation consists of a double bedded room with private en-suite shower room, this room also has lovely views to the hills of Loch Craignish. The twin bedded room and a bunk room (full size) ideal for the kids also have views to the hills.  The tiled family bathroom with w.c. and w.h.b. also has a shower over the bath. The large garden is ideal for children to play in and for adults to relax or even enjoy a barbeque on the patio.

Tigh an Innis is ideal for large family groups as it has the flexibility of being able to accommodate 8 people between the two units when the 1 bedroom cottage is taken as well as the 3 bedroom cottage.

Facilities in the 3 bedroom cottage include:-

• Lounge: with view to large private garden and hills beyond. Patio door leading to Conservatory.

• Conservatory with dining/seating area and French Doors leading to Patio Area.

• Kitchen/Dining Room: new fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, electric oven/grill and hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table and chairs.

• Three Bedrooms: One Double with en-suite shower room, twin rooms x 1, Bunk bedded room (full size beds)

• Modern Family Bathroom with shower over bath.

• Utility Cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, mop, brushes etc.

• Flat screen TV, SKY+, DVD, CD and Wi-Fi connection.

• All Bed Linen, Towels and Tea Towels supplied.

• Travel Cot and High Chair available on request.

• Electric Total Control Heating.

• Central Village Location, Pub/restaurant/shop/post office only a short walk.

• Private Parking for two cars.

• Bike/Sailing gear store.

• Well Behaved Dogs and Owners are welcome. There is a small extra charge, £30.00 for the first and £20.00 for the second. Sorry strictly only 2 dogs per let, see Terms and Conditions.

• Electricity included (an allowance of £30.00 per week, excess on this will be charged at standard tariff )
